CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER
She is a telecom professional with experience in the field of Radio planning & optimization for over 14 years. She had worked as RF Trainee, RF Engineer, RF Optimization Engineer, 4G optimization Engineer and 4G Senior Optimizer. As the COO, Mrs. Hemmati’s ability to optimize the company’s operating capabilities, and her varied experience in the cellular telecom industry will ensure that the company continues to expand and surpass its short-and-long-term KPI’s in the Canadian market.
Leila Golpeikar

She is a well-established and accomplished business manager with over 25 years of experience. She had worked as technician and Manager of Operations Rooms. As the CCO, Mrs. Golpeikar’s in-depth knowledge in areas of operations along with a proven track record of managing personnel simultaneously will support and provide leadership and tactical support to the Sabalan Scaffold Engineering which will ensure its ability to thrive in Canada.

She is a finance executive with over 32 years of experience in managing numerous financial portfolios and providing executive support to principals. She had worked as Accountant and Senior Auditor. As the CFO of Sabalan Scaffold Engineering, Mr. Safarlavasani will be an instrumental resource in the company’s financial growth initiatives, especially in their calculated move into the Canadian scaffold devices market.
